如何打造企业文化(瀚博演艺)企业文化,是企业综合实力的体现,是一个企业文明程度的反映,也是知识形态的生产力转化为物质形态生产力的源泉。在公司面临新的形势、新的任务、新的机遇、新的挑战,要想在激烈的市场竞争中取胜,把企业做大做强,实现企业的跨越式发展,就必须树立“用文化管企业”、“以文化兴企业”的理念。为了进一步弘扬企业文化,树立起公司正面形象,增强员工的归属感,推动公司企业文化建设持续健康发展,最终达到以文化管理企业的目的,结合公司实际情况,制定企业文化建设方案。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                方法/步骤                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          一、指导思想                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          以先进的企业文化建设理论为基础,以培育员工社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德,提高企业知名度、文明度、美誉度,增强企业凝聚力、竞争力、生产力为目的,坚持以人为本、全力实施有我公司特色的企业文化建设,弘扬企业精神、实践企业价值观,实现企业发展战略与员工愿景有机统一,经营者理念与员工观念和谐,员工内心世界与外部环境同步改善,建设和谐企业,推动我公司“三个文明”建设协调发展。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          二、年度工作目标                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          进一步挖掘和弘扬企业精神内涵,树立起公司正面形象,增强员工的归属感,推动公司企业文化建设持续健康发展。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          三、企业文化建设应遵循和坚持的原则                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          1、系统性原则。2、实效性原则。3、以人为本原则。4、坚持与时俱进原则。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          四、具体实施办法                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (一)、员工思想导向宣传工作方面:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          1、成立公司企业文化建设小组,负责公司企业文化的推广。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          2、创立公司内部刊物,具体方案如下:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (1)、创刊理念:进一步弘扬公司的企业文化,树立起公司正面形象,增强员工的归属感,推动公司企业文化建设持续健康发展;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (2)、刊物形式:杂志;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (3)、刊物规格:用a4纸进行双面彩色印刷;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (4)、刊物的名字:在全公司内以有奖征集的形式进行征集,经过筛选,最后报总经理审批实行;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (5)、出版周期:每一个季度出版一期;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (6)关于稿件:稿件以公司内部员工提供为主,稿件必须坚持“以科学的理论武装人、以正确的舆论引导人、以高尚的精神塑造人、以优秀的作品鼓舞人”的思想;稿件内容必须拥护共产党的领导,维护公司的根本利益。建立宣传工作考核制度,对被刊登的稿件进行奖励,提高员工参与的积极性,形成一种积极向上的氛围;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (7)、出版时间:计划每两个月出版一期;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          3、在内部树立公司企业文化标识牌。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          在公司墙壁上树立如“公司经营理念”、“质量方针”、“环境方针”、“公司的价值观”等企业文化宣传牌,此项工作计划4月份前完成。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          4、加强内部的宣传导向,张贴一些安全宣传挂图和5s管理方面的宣传挂图。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          进一步提高广大员工的安全意识和质量管理意识。到外面定购一些精美的安全宣传挂图和5s管理宣传挂图挂到内部的墙壁上(或者黑板上)。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          5、提炼公司员工行为规范。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          为了提炼公司员工行为规范、强化员工行为意识、规范各级管理人员的管理行为、树立公司内外良好的公众形象、促使大家有一个共同的行为准则,同时推动公司企业文化宣传工作的开展。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          6、制作机动部岗位服务区域关系图。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (二)、开展活动方面                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          1、开展“五四”征文比赛、司庆征文、书画比赛等。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          2、开展员工技能知识竞赛。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          3、在全公司范围内开展安全知识竞赛。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          4、在全公司范围内开展一次员工指南知识竞赛。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          5、组织一次年度优秀员工评比。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (三)、员工沟通                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          定期建立员工与管理人员面对面的对话,建立新型员工关系。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          1、开展新员工座谈会、老员工座谈会、管理人员座谈会,了解不同层次人员的需求,对员工提出的问题给予解答,建立公司管理人员和一线员工沟通的桥梁纽带。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          2、人事行政部经常和广大员工沟通交流,及时的把握广大员工的思想动态,需求,及时的进行思想引导。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          3、大力推进员工合理化建议活动,充分发挥广大员工的积极性和创造性,群策群力,不断改进公司的管理。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          4、加强意见箱的管理,及时发现、处理员工的意见和矛盾。
